Implementing the policy of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to improve social conditions for young families, the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan provides special rate loan "Happy family".

Rules for obtaining the "Happy Family" loan

Loan amount	max 20 000 manats
Interest	1% per annum
Term of delivery	up to 3 years

• The loan is available for the young families where both spouses have not yet reached 35 years of age
• The loan is available for the young couple whose marriage has been concluded after signing by the President of Turkmenistan Decree # 267 "On improvement the social and living conditions of young families in Turkmenistan", September 23, 2022
